Engineering Manager – Growth Foundations

About the role

Lead and develop a cross‑functional engineering team that builds AI‑native growth tools and platforms for a global crypto platform. You will stay hands‑on, delivering production‑grade features while guiding the team to execute with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and support engineers delivering growth‑critical systems, ensuring clear expectations and transparent communication.
• Collaborate daily with Product and Design to define scope, set priorities, and drive seamless execution.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture and implementation decisions, fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
• Improve processes and communication across distributed time zones and partner with other engineering leaders to maintain best practices.
• Leverage AI tooling daily to boost personal and team productivity while remaining hands‑on in the codebase.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering high‑quality results in a collaborative, remote‑first environment.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a focus on coaching, clarity, and empowerment.
• Solid backend technical foundation and a track record of writing production‑grade code.
• Product mindset with an understanding of how engineering work impacts users and key metrics.

Required skills

• Modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, or Python.
• Experience with AI‑driven development tools and automation.
• Familiarity with distributed, remote‑first team dynamics.
