Senior Developer Relations Manager – Agentic Healthcare AI

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical Senior Developer Relations Manager to drive adoption of NVIDIA’s AI and computing platforms within the healthcare and life‑sciences ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners and developers integrate cutting‑edge NVIDIA technologies into real‑world clinical and scientific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical champion for the healthcare and life‑sciences developer ecosystem, demonstrating NVIDIA solutions that accelerate critical workloads.
• Provide enablement resources such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to showcase AI applications in trial matching, regulatory submissions, clinical documentation, and agent orchestration.
• Guide customers, partners, and startups through onboarding, integration, and co‑innovation with NVIDIA programs.
• Map and monitor the European healthcare and life‑sciences landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize adoption strategies.
• Represent partner technical needs to NVIDIA’s internal teams, delivering actionable insights from field deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, developer relations or technical partnerships, with at least 5 years hands‑on in the healthcare or life‑sciences ecosystem.
• Proven track record leading and scaling developer programs at major technology companies or ISVs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• High‑performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and GPU acceleration platforms (e.g., BioNeMo Agent Toolkit, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Open Models, Agent Harnesses).
• Healthcare and life‑science data standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and compliance knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience building AI‑driven clinical workflows, voice pipelines, and embedding clinical documentation in LLMs.
• Technical enablement tools: sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, model deployment and inference optimization.
