English Teacher (B1) – Part‑time

About the role
Flying Teachers GmbH is seeking a qualified English teacher to deliver a B1 level course to a small group of adult learners in St. Gallen. The position starts in July and runs on a part‑time basis, with classes held weekly.
Key responsibilities
- Teach seven 60‑minute face‑to‑face lessons each week (Tuesdays 11:30‑12:30).
- Prepare and execute effective lesson plans that follow a student‑centred approach.
- Conduct needs analyses and monitor attendance and progress of up to ten participants.
- Maintain regular communication with the administrative office.
Required profile
- CELTA, SVEB, or an equivalent teaching diploma.
- Residence near St. Gallen and a valid Swiss work permit.
- Experience in online teaching is advantageous.
- Ability to use online teaching tools.
