Enterprise Account Executive – French Speaking (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a committed Enterprise Account Executive with a strong background in sales and account management, preferably within open‑source or enterprise software environments. The role will drive growth by acquiring new enterprise customers, retaining existing accounts, and expanding revenue from early‑stage products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting large enterprises, building a robust pipeline for long‑term growth.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and closing—while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer‑success teams to ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Identify customer pain points and deliver tailored demos and presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Lead account planning, research potential customers, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to influence development and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience (companies with >1,000 employees) in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals and selling to senior executives across multiple departments.
• Strong consultative selling ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
