Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

This position is for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Switzerland, working for a partner company that manages applications and next steps. The role focuses on driving enterprise growth within a fast‑moving technology environment, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for enterprise accounts in the region, generating pipeline, engaging partners, and achieving revenue targets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead management, and territory planning.
• Acquire and close enterprise customers, especially organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Manage sales opportunities in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue visibility.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to identify short‑term and long‑term revenue opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, MSPs, VARs, and technology integrators.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to support demand generation and business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns, events, and initiatives that generate market awareness.
• Establish financial goals with strategic partners and ensure execution against targets.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, partner activity, and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented enterprise sales professional comfortable working independently.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles in a high‑growth technology environment.
• 4–8 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
