About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. In this entry‑level position you will turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to meet business objectives.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through systematic analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings.
• Assist stakeholders in interpreting key performance metrics.
• Monitor data quality and maintain dataset integrity.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and data‑driven recommendations to various departments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to gather analytical requirements.
• Prepare presentations summarizing insights and actionable steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
