Entry-Level Software Developer (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

This full-time remote position is for an entry-level software developer based in Switzerland. You will join a collaborative team to design, build and maintain high-quality software applications while continuously learning the latest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications according to project specifications.
• Write clean, testable code and perform unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with team members to refine software designs and integrate database solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper functionality of delivered features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to support project goals.

Required profile

• Proficiency in software development and fundamental programming concepts.
• Knowledge of database design, maintenance and integration.
• Basic understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with testing techniques and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
