EPD Product Flows Expert

About the role

Abbott is seeking an experienced professional to govern its global EPD product flow framework, ensuring compliance with financial, tax, customs and supply chain requirements. The role serves as the subject‑matter expert for product flow design, supporting new product introductions, biosimilars and portfolio expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product flow governance documentation, databases and master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead end‑to‑end approval processes for new product flows and modifications, coordinating with finance, tax, customs, quality and commercial teams.
• Drive cross‑functional supply chain projects related to flow optimization, network changes, warehouse setup and operational efficiencies.
• Provide guidance and training to Supply Chain Operations on product flow models and implementation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, distribution, transportation and customs/trade compliance.
• Proven project‑management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• ERP and supply chain systems: SAP ECC, SAP APO, TrackWise, Planisware, DARIUS.
• Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Visio, Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
