Executive Assistant to Head of Core Lab

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Solutions is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Head of Core Lab. The role provides high‑level administrative and operational assistance to ensure the leadership team runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, domestic and international travel, and executive communications.
• Manage departmental operations, including interview scheduling, office coordination, vendor relationships, and general office administration.
• Support budget management, purchase orders, expense reporting, and financial tracking.
• Prepare, edit, and manage executive presentations, reports, and confidential business documents.
• Act as the primary contact for administrative processes, onboarding, training, and tool guidance.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and cross‑functional teams, providing backup support and contributing to projects and process improvements.
• Promote an inclusive Core Lab culture by leading initiatives, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with extensive experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant.
• Highly organized with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven record of outcome‑driven delivery.
• Trusted to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborative, influential team player with strong problem‑solving skills.
