F&B Supervisor

About the role

Join the EHL School of Practical Arts as an F&B Supervisor and lead daily dining operations on a world‑renowned hospitality campus. You will ensure high‑quality service, train students, and collaborate with kitchen teams to deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect EHL’s values of excellence and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of service, coordinating front‑of‑house and kitchen activities.
• Supervise and train hospitality students in real‑world service settings.
• Organise set‑up and break‑down of dining areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• Monitor service quality, handle guest feedback, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage service flow, schedule staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• CFC or equivalent hospitality qualification with advanced training.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented and able to work in high‑volume brewing environments.
• Patient, effective pedagogue with strong teaching abilities.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level).
