Field Marketing Manager, Surgery

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Switzerland is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support the Surgery division. You will drive market presence, develop strategic plans and work closely with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Swiss marketing strategy for the assigned platform, managing portfolio performance, pricing and product lifecycle.
• Analyze customer needs, competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate strategy into positioning, value propositions, campaigns, product launches and annual marketing plans.
• Equip sales teams with messaging, tools and training; support customer engagement through events and education programs.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeon communities.
• Define KPIs, track portfolio and campaign performance, manage the marketing budget and optimise investments.
• Partner with sales, local leadership, EMEA and global marketing, and external agencies to execute plans and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or marketing with 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in medical devices.
• Fluency in English and German; French or Italian a plus. Valid driver’s licence required.
