Community Management & Digital Engagement (10–20h/week)

About the role

Roche is looking for an early‑stage university student to join the CareRing Core Team as a Working Student. You will support the global internal community for patients and caregivers, gaining hands‑on experience in social media and community management over a 24‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operations of the CareRing platform and the myRoche intranet, ensuring content stays fresh and engaging.
• Balance front‑office community interaction with back‑office tasks such as content scheduling, technical maintenance, and administrative support.
• Create and publish creative posts, event promotions, impact stories and member spotlights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate CareRing messaging into company‑wide campaigns.
• Support the global Ambassador Program by providing assets and tools to local leads.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or early Master’s) program for the full 24‑month period, preferably studying in Basel or nearby.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English; German or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable navigating digital platforms and content‑management tools.
• Proficient with social‑media dynamics and basic technical maintenance.
