Field Sales Manager

About the role

EcoFlow is seeking a mid‑level Field Sales Manager to expand its installer network across the renewable energy sector. Working from a home office, you will travel frequently to build relationships with installers, electricians, and distributors, promoting EcoFlow’s portable power and solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new renewable energy installers, fostering strong partnerships.
• Organise and deliver local installer training sessions and promotional events.
• Expand the installer network within electrical distribution channels.
• Conduct in‑person follow‑up visits to prospects generated by telesales.
• Communicate sales strategies, provide product support, and guide on‑site sales conversions.
• Spend 3–4 days per week on field visits and report feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales or field‑based sales.
• Background in renewable energy or the electrical industry is preferred.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, and able to manage frequent travel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Valid driver’s license and confident driving skills.
