Finance Analyst (d/w/m)

About the role

The Finance Business Partner supports Unilever's Switzerland MSO organization (CHF 300 m turnover) by driving forecasting, financial modelling and strategic decision‑making. You will act as a trusted advisor to commercial teams while ensuring rigorous financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial reporting cycle (actuals and forecasts) and support the sales‑and‑operations planning process.
• Monitor and challenge brand & marketing, overhead and trade‑marketing budgets, and analyse gross‑margin movements to improve profitability.
• Manage working capital with a focus on debtor management and support annual business planning and innovation case tracking.
• Partner with customer‑development teams on negotiations, rebate agreements, trade‑marketing optimisation and customer profitability.
• Improve order‑to‑cash processes, enforce governance for rebates, pricing and contracts, and execute internal control checks.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with an ownership mindset.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modelling and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (advantage).
