Finance Controller (80-100%) – Swiss Entity

About the role

PHENOGY AG is looking for a hands‑on Finance Controller to lead operational controlling for its Swiss entity. You will ensure reliable, timely, and transparent financial reporting within an international, multi‑entity environment, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the monthly financial close for the Swiss entity, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare standardized monthly management reports, including variance analysis, KPIs and actionable insights.
• Co‑design and continuously improve the financial controlling framework together with the CFO and finance team.
• Operate, maintain and enhance controlling and reporting tools and related processes.
• Ensure data integrity across accounting, payroll and reporting inputs.
• Serve as the main operational contact for external accounting and payroll service providers in Switzerland.
• Coordinate inter‑company reconciliation and alignment with sister companies.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analyses and special controlling topics for management decisions.
• Establish and maintain a robust internal control system and assist with financial risk assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling.
