About the role

Join a well‑established industrial company in Switzerland as a Finance & Controlling Specialist. You will work in a young, collaborative team in Solothurn, supporting both accounting and controlling functions while gaining increasing responsibility.

Key responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and contribute to group reporting.
Prepare and analyse financial information, budgets, forecasts and key KPIs.
Assist with project evaluations, accruals, period‑end adjustments and VAT declarations (Swiss and German).
Work with financial data under Swiss GAAP/Swiss Code of Obligations and gain exposure to IFRS group reporting.

Required profile

2‑3 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or a combination of both.
Commercial education with further studies in finance/business administration or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent German, good English; French is a strong asset.

Required skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with SAP (advantage).
