About the role
Join a well‑established industrial company in Switzerland as a Finance & Controlling Specialist. You will work in a young, collaborative team in Solothurn, supporting both accounting and controlling functions while gaining increasing responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and contribute to group reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial information, budgets, forecasts and key KPIs.
- Assist with project evaluations, accruals, period‑end adjustments and VAT declarations (Swiss and German).
- Work with financial data under Swiss GAAP/Swiss Code of Obligations and gain exposure to IFRS group reporting.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling or a combination of both.
- Commercial education with further studies in finance/business administration or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent German, good English; French is a strong asset.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP (advantage).
