Finance Manager – IMFT Technology, Data & Solutions (TD&S)

About the role

The Finance Manager for IMFT Technology, Data & Solutions (TD&S) is a strategic and operational partner to the IMFT TD&S organization, acting as an integrator across strategy, portfolio execution, governance and communications. The role reports to the IMFT TD&S Head and works closely with the leadership team, Finance, IM Strategy, the PMO and enterprise partners. It has no direct line responsibility but carries high influence and a broad scope.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and operationalize the IMFT TD&S strategy, translating leadership intent into goals, milestones and execution plans, and tracking progress, risks and dependencies.
• Drive a high-performing leadership team operating model, own the governance cadence and improve consistency of ways of working.
• Maintain an integrated view of initiatives and investments, align priorities with Finance and the PMO, and support resolution of complex cross-functional issues.
• Coordinate executive-level materials and ensure consistent messaging across IMFT TD&S and enterprise forums.
• Support the evolution of the operating model, including roles, decision rights and escalation paths.
• Lead or support critical, time-sensitive or high-complexity special projects and act as a neutral thought partner.

Required profile

• Senior experience in technology, data, finance, strategy, transformation or enterprise operations.
• Strong understanding of IMFT / TD&S-type portfolios and enterprise interfaces.
• Exceptional structuring, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, complexity and senior leaders, with a high results orientation.
