Finance Manager

About the role

Batgroup is Europe’s leading digital platform for home cleaning services, connecting households with trusted, insured cleaning professionals. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Lausanne team, overseeing both controlling and accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Oversee compliance with group policies and ensure appropriate internal controls.
• Prepare, review and analyse quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate the annual audit and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with CO/GAAP.
• Support the CFO with ad‑hoc projects and financial analysis.
• Implement systems to improve control efficiency.
• Establish and submit tax returns.
• Provide business‑partnering support to local and international markets.

Required profile

• Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling.
• Proven experience as an Accounting and Finance Manager.
• Experience in controlling (strong asset).
• Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluent in English and good German; French is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment is advantageous.
• Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar accounting ERP).
• Swiss GAAP.
