Finance Manager

About the role

Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, is seeking a commercially driven Finance Manager to support the department leader across strategic finance, FP&A, tech automation, and operational finance. You will help design and build finance processes from the ground up, driving innovation and efficiency for a fast‑growing robotics business.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of an AI‑native FP&A & KPI reporting system and co‑responsible for actuals reporting, variance analysis and corrective action proposals.
• Build financial models and rolling forecasts on the FP&A platform, partnering with all departments.
• Assist with modular ERP adoption, ensuring financial considerations and API readiness.
• Propose and implement governance improvements such as approval policies, T&E guidelines, and supplier contracting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, evaluate internalisation opportunities, and co‑lead finance automation projects.
• Collaborate on ad‑hoc projects like public grant applications, bank account openings, and internal finance documentation.

Required profile

• 6+ years of finance experience, preferably in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s or CFA preferred.
• Proven strategic financial thinking, autonomous work style and experience in start‑up/scale‑up and large corporate settings.
• Fluent English (C2) and German at B1+ level.
