Financial Analyst

About the role

As a Financial Analyst at Biosynth, you will provide analytical and financial support to commercial, operational, R&D and supply‑chain teams. You will turn financial data into actionable insights, help with forecasting and budgeting, and contribute to improved business performance across a global life‑sciences organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and business partnering for Commercial, Operations, R&D and Supply Chain functions.
• Translate data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance reporting in collaboration with FP&A and Accounting teams.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance financial processes, reporting tools and data quality.
• Analyse pricing, margin development and resource allocation.
• Provide timely, accurate and well‑structured financial analysis for stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, preferably with exposure to FP&A, reporting or business analysis.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, possibly undefined environment.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial modelling.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with both financial and non‑financial colleagues.
• Willingness to work in an international setting.

• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
