Financial Analyst & Junior Controller

About the role

Flex is seeking a Financial Analyst & Junior Controller to support the Head of Finance in preparing financial statements, analysis, budgets and forecasts. The role is based near Hägglingen, Switzerland and involves collaboration across various business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses and reports for the Head of Finance.
• Ensure accurate cost accounting and cost centre reporting with the Global Business Services team.
• Assist in budgeting, three‑year planning, CAPEX management and investment plans.
• Support sales reporting, P&L analyses, and customer profitability assessments.
• Gather and process financial data and KPIs from multiple stakeholders.
• Act as deputy within the finance department.

Required profile

• Commercial education or training with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling.
• Completed or ongoing higher education in finance or controlling.
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational MedTech manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Swiss GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in German and English (C1‑C2 level).

Required skills

• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
