Financial Controller

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency managing around 20 brands and generating close to seven figures in monthly revenue. We need a hands‑on Financial Controller to bring order to our finance function, create a single source of truth, and turn numbers into actionable decisions for the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish reliable monthly close processes, consistent management accounts and a trusted P&L.
• Develop cash‑flow forecasts and unit‑economics models by brand and channel.
• Audit the P&L line‑by‑line to identify leaks, low‑return spend and calculate ROI of people, tools and campaigns.
• Provide clear financial visibility to founders, enabling decisions on investment, hiring and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least the last 5 years at Financial Controller or equivalent senior finance‑leadership level.
• Proven track record of building or overhauling finance reporting and processes from scratch.
• Experience presenting financial results directly to founders, CEOs or COOs and translating data into strategic actions.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, high‑growth startup environments.
