Financial Controller

About the role

As a key member of Vacheron Constantin’s Finance Central Team, you will drive the execution of the Finance Roadmap, blending financial process transformation with hands‑on analysis, performance management and reporting. You will work closely with HR, Purchasing, Central Accounting, Compliance and Group FP&A to deliver operational excellence and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A process excellence by improving planning and analysis procedures, implementing robust internal controls and aligning financial objectives with business strategy.
• Oversee monthly financial closings, ensure strict IFRS compliance, prepare personnel cost reports with variance analysis and lead regular business review meetings.
• Drive transversal strategic projects that build a resilient financial infrastructure, optimise cost management and support long‑term growth of the Maison.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting and at least 5 years of progressive finance or corporate controlling experience.
• Strong analytical abilities, deep knowledge of IFRS and internal‑control frameworks, and a proven track record of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English and the ability to collaborate across multi‑functional international teams.
