Finova Expert – Core Banking Consultant

About the role

Qim info is seeking a Finova Expert to drive the evolution, maintenance and optimisation of core banking applications for a major Swiss banking client. You will work in a highly regulated environment, translating business and technical requirements into reliable, scalable changes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical needs and implement Finova‑based enhancements.
• Maintain and optimise existing core banking applications to ensure performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee stability of the application landscape.
• Provide Finova expertise for strategic roadmap decisions.
• Support both functional and technical development activities in a demanding banking context.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finova Consultant or Expert within a core banking environment.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems in regulated financial settings.
• Ability to work on functional and technical aspects of business‑critical applications.
• Professional proficiency in English; good command of at least one Swiss national language (French, German or Italian).
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and stakeholder management skills.
