Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Manager at Nestlé Research, you will lead a diverse hospitality team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences across daily operations, VIP visits, conferences, and special events. You will combine creativity, innovation, and operational excellence to ensure high standards and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate all food points and table service, managing end‑to‑end delivery for daily hospitality, VIP visits, conferences, celebrations and other internal and external events.
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of around 25 employees, including permanent staff, apprentices, interns and ad‑hoc personnel.
• Create innovative food and beverage offerings with a strong focus on local sourcing and trusted supplier partnerships.
• Anticipate emerging trends and translate best practices into elevated services and guest experiences.
• Champion quality control, food safety, hygiene and sustainability initiatives, reducing waste and environmental impact.

Required profile

• Proven food and beverage management expertise with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to lead assertively, delegate confidently and step into operations when needed.
• Curiosity and innovative mindset combined with strong organisational skills.
• Fluent communication in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, positive attitude focused on wellbeing and shared value creation.
