Food & Beverage Waiter – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Six Senses Crans Montana team as a Food & Beverage Waiter, delivering attentive and courteous service to guests in a luxury resort setting. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience across all outlets, from taking orders to promoting menu items.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
• Answer outlet telephone calls professionally in line with department standards.
• Take orders from food and beverage menus, providing accurate recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place for service, ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of outlet menus, wine lists, opening hours, and pricing.
• Uphold Six Senses service guidelines, LQA standards, and guest comment protocols.
• Promote items as directed by supervisors and ensure prompt, efficient service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a full‑service restaurant or similar luxury hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• EU or Swiss passport.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or valid food‑handler health card as required by local authorities.
