Founding Designer

About the role

We are an innovative health‑tech company building a Europe‑wide health platform. As a Founding Designer you will own the visual and experiential layer of a fast‑scaling consumer product, shaping everything from brand identity to growth‑marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the full visual identity, including brand system, design language and tone.
• Create and launch website and landing pages using Framer or Webflow.
• Produce all growth‑marketing creative such as paid ads, social posts and campaign assets.
• Design key customer journeys, onboarding flows and conversion experiences.
• Craft customer‑facing communications and lifecycle experiences.
• Generate high‑quality visual and video content, including AI‑generated assets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, growth and domain experts to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Strong B2C design background with a track record of driving acquisition, engagement and retention.
• T‑shaped designer comfortable covering a wide range of design work while diving deep when needed.
• Fast, high‑quality output without sacrificing aesthetic standards.
• Self‑directed problem solver who can identify and act on design challenges without waiting for briefs.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to design, build and publish in Framer or Webflow.
• Fluency with generative AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux).
• Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or CapCut.
• Advanced prototyping for high‑fidelity, interaction‑rich mockups.
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
