About the role
Join BLP to shape autonomous business processes as a Founding Product Manager. You will own product decisions, drive outcomes, and help define the product organization as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for your area of the BLP platform.
- Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand users and prioritize decisions.
- Own outcomes for your team, not just output, and shape intake and prioritization processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, sales, executives, customers, and founders to deliver value.
Required profile
- Proven track record shipping enterprise B2B software adopted by customers.
- Entrepreneurial judgment and comfort operating with incomplete information.
- Strong product discovery experience and ability to say no while maintaining relationships.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with AI or agentic products in production, especially in enterprise settings.
- Exposure to enterprise ERP or finance systems.
