About the role
Join BLP’s Delta Platform team to build the core software that powers autonomous business processes for thousands of enterprise customers. You will work on high‑impact projects across infrastructure, backend, machine learning and product extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, observability and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop performance‑critical backend services, handling concurrency and distributed‑system challenges.
- Apply state‑of‑the‑art AI techniques to real‑world business problems and ship reliable production code.
- Extend the platform to automate arbitrary customer processes through a flexible product‑extension framework.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a background in mathematics (e.g., PhD, MSc, or notable olympiad achievements).
- Experience in startup environments or building production‑grade systems from the ground up.
- Ability to reason formally, make assumptions explicit and verify correctness by construction.
Required skills
- Functional programming and strong type‑system usage.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security and CI/CD concepts.
- Understanding of performance optimisation, concurrency and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning pipelines and production deployment.
