Franchise Success Coach

About the role

As a Franchise Success Coach you will partner with KFC franchisees across Central & Eastern Europe to drive operational performance and elevate guest experiences. The role blends data analysis with hands‑on coaching, requiring frequent in‑market restaurant visits and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into operational performance metrics and guest experience data to uncover insights and recommend actionable improvements.
• Conduct on‑site restaurant visits and detailed franchise operational reviews to deliver coaching and identify commercial growth opportunities.
• Lead the rollout of new systems and initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and profitability.
• Mentor franchisees, solve complex operational challenges, and share best practices to build long‑term capability.
• Support new store openings and refurbishments with operational readiness and training programs.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Excellence (REX) team to manage change for key projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Hands‑on coaching experience in a franchise or restaurant environment.
• Willingness to travel across multiple European countries for in‑market visits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
