Freelance Customer Support Agent (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance, part‑time Customer Support Agent to join our fast‑growing digital team. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will be the primary link between users and our product teams, helping resolve issues and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across support platforms and communication channels.
• Assist users with product features, troubleshooting, and technical problems while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document and report bugs or malfunctions to support product improvement.
• Maintain accurate internal records of issues, interactions, and feedback.
• Create and share user guides, tutorials, or educational content to enhance onboarding and self‑service.
• Communicate recurring issues, feature requests, and feedback to product and technical teams.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Engage with the online community by responding to public reviews and feedback.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, e‑commerce, or digital products is a plus.
