French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle inbound calls, live chat and email, providing friendly and effective assistance to our French‑language customers while also supporting English‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
