Front Office Agent – 25hours Hotel Langstrasse

About the role

The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse welcomes guests from check-in until they leave, and is looking for a Front Office Agent. The position is full-time but only four days a week, with three days off each week and flexible organisation of free time.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
• Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
• Prepare the shift and finish it with the front office fully cleaned up

Required profile

• Hospitality training completed and some professional front office experience
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, knows the town and has tips for guests
• Open about mistakes and brings character as well as abilities
