Front Office Agent Zürich West (f/m/d)

About the role

The 25hours Hotel Zürich West, the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and designed by Alfredo Häberli, is looking for a Front Office Agent. You will join the reception team and make sure guests are happy from arrival to departure, working in a 4-day week with three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic at the reception
• Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
• Prepare the shift and finish it with the front office fully cleaned up

Required profile

• Hospitality training completed and some professional experience at the front office
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge and tips
• A doer who admits mistakes openly and brings their own character to the job
