Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing, product‑driven team building an AI‑powered B2B sales platform. Based in Switzerland, you will help create high‑performance, user‑friendly interfaces that enable sales teams to work with large data sets and complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern frontend features using React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Own UI components from design collaboration and prototyping through implementation, testing and iteration.
• Work closely with designers to ensure consistent design systems and high‑quality user experiences.
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend engineers to deliver data‑rich interfaces.
• Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive, responsive UI.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to frontend system design.
• Continuously improve code quality, reusability and maintainability.
• Iterate rapidly on features based on feedback from users and support teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Strong eye for design quality, usability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within small, fast‑moving teams.
• Commitment to writing well‑tested, maintainable code.
