Full Stack Developer – AdTech Data Platform

About the role

A project focused on building and shipping features across a TypeScript monorepo, covering React front ends, Node.js services and ETL pipelines for advertising data. The developer takes ownership of complex technical challenges, from conception to production delivery, with a strong focus on designing, optimizing and operating data-intensive workloads at scale. The role is a full-time contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable features across React front ends and Node.js backend services within a TypeScript monorepo
• Design, optimize and operate ETL pipelines and data-heavy workloads using ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis and queue-based processing (BullMQ)
• Ensure reliable CI/CD, background job processing, real-time data delivery and high-performance analytical queries
• Maintain engineering quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, snapshot, screenshot, end-to-end)
• Conduct code reviews and provide architectural input to guide technical decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for advertising data processing

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical problems
• Experience in AdTech, PostgreSQL, edge runtimes, Go, production ML or agentic development tooling is a plus

Required skills

• Advanced TypeScript, Node.js and React
• SQL/OLAP databases and analytical query optimization
• ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis and BullMQ or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
