Lab IT & Equipment Support

About the role

NSCglobal provides technology services, infrastructure management and IT process out-tasking to more than 180 countries. It is looking for someone to provide on-site IT and equipment support for laboratory environments in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland, maintaining and troubleshooting systems so they stay stable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT and equipment support for laboratory environments in Kaiseraugst.
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems across laboratory operations to ensure stability and performance.
• Handle daily technical support for laboratory systems, keeping equipment and networks stable for ongoing research operations.

Required profile

• Experience providing technical and IT support within laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and operational technology infrastructure.
• Availability to work on-site in Kaiseraugst on an indefinite contract based on a 42-hour workweek.

The first few months involve working closely with the team during a 3-month probation period to get familiar with the local setup and infrastructure. The salary is CHF 79,000 to 79,400 per year.
