Full-Stack Engineer – AI Infrastructure (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join an AI‑focused engineering team in Switzerland. The role involves designing and delivering end‑to‑end applications that enable users to interact with large‑scale machine‑learning models, covering both backend services and modern front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications that expose AI model capabilities through high‑performance APIs.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces using React, Vue or Angular.
• Implement event‑driven architectures with pub/sub messaging and distributed task queues such as Celery.
• Create data processing pipelines and batching systems for large‑scale inference workflows.
• Integrate with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Ensure system reliability with robust error handling, monitoring and retry mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with MLOps and DevOps teams to optimise deployment and performance at scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack engineering within production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or other ASGI‑based frameworks.
• Proven ability to build full‑stack solutions using modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• Deep understanding of event‑driven architectures, pub/sub systems and distributed task processing.
• Experience with model serving patterns (REST, gRPC, asynchronous batching).
