Full Stack Web Developer & Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full‑Stack Web Developer who will also act as Scrum Master to drive the development and optimisation of our digital platforms. You will collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to enhance our rent‑guarantee solutions while ensuring agile processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal and external web applications.
• Lead frontend (Vue.js/Angular) and backend (Python/Django & Wagtail) development.
• Implement new features, improve UX, and optimise performance, reliability and security.
• Maintain APIs, third‑party integrations and database schemas (PostgreSQL).
• Participate in deployment workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate between developers and business stakeholders, and remove blockers.
• Monitor sprint progress, communicate updates and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and thrive in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech or related financial services is a plus.
