Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Nozomi Networks is looking for a seasoned Fullstack Software Engineer to help build and secure the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. You will design, develop, and ship user‑facing features while reducing technical debt in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship medium to large‑size features end‑to‑end.
• Reduce system technical debt and improve code quality.
• Support and champion team processes and agile practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of user‑facing components from inception through release.

Required profile

• Proven experience with at least one core language: Ruby, Go, C++ or Python.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, networking (TCP/IP, UDP) and automated testing (TDD/BDD).
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile development environments.
