Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving product engineering team building an AI‑powered sales platform used by high‑growth companies worldwide. The role is based in Switzerland and sits at the intersection of backend and frontend development, offering high ownership and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack product features across backend and frontend systems.
• Build and improve core components of a data‑intensive SaaS platform, handling large datasets, search, and real‑time workflows.
• Translate product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions and ship features from concept to production.
• Develop backend services and APIs while contributing to user‑facing interfaces built with modern web frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver new features frequently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimise performance, and improve system reliability.
• Participate in architectural decisions, system design discussions, and engineering best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on complex, scalable systems.
• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Solid understanding of system design principles such as scalability, reliability, performance, and failure modes.
• Proven ability to debug production issues and identify root causes in complex environments.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive improvements independently.
• Experience in fast‑paced product environments with frequent releases and evolving requirements.
