Full‑Stack Software Engineer (mid‑level)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced full‑stack software engineer to join our interdisciplinary team in an international, public‑sector environment. You will design, implement and maintain modern digital solutions while working in an agile setting alongside project managers, architects and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and translate functional and technical challenges into solution scenarios.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, high‑quality software using C#.NET and modern web frameworks.
• Ensure robust application architectures, CI/CD pipelines and sustainable technical designs.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet quality objectives and contribute across the full software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software development experience with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Independent, structured working style combined with strong team spirit, integrity and commitment to quality.
• Swiss citizenship or eligibility for Swiss Personnel Security Clearance and fluency in German and English.
