GCB Tendering Manager (80–100%)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated GCB Tendering Manager to drive customer success and growth of our high‑voltage GCB maintenance business. You will act as the primary interface for customers, delivering tailored service solutions and ensuring competitive, profitable offers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote tailored service solutions to maximise long‑term asset performance.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify maintenance opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow up on commercial quotations, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field service and local business units for seamless project handovers.
• Support sales teams and partners through product training and commercial guidance.
• Resolve commercial and operational issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Technical or business education (apprenticeship, FH/TH, diploma).
• Experience with GCB products and digital sales platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
