Global Clinical Artwork Manager (2‑year Fixed‑term)

About the role

Join Roche’s Production Enablement team within Global Clinical Supply Chain Management to lead the design and delivery of compliant clinical labeling artwork for investigational medicinal products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and deliver clinical labeling artwork (booklet, single panel, shelf‑life extension) across internal sites and CMOs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end label lifecycle from initiation through regulatory approval and final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, external suppliers and global regulatory representatives to resolve label creation issues.
• Maintain master data, documentation and monitor labeling regulations.
• Lead supplier relationship management and drive continuous improvement of label vendors.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in pharma/biopharma clinical supply chain or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical packaging processes, cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
• Proactive organizer able to manage dynamic priorities and apply Lean principles.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (or similar enterprise system).
• Specialized label creation software.
