About the role
The Global Consumer Brand Experience Lead will shape integrated communication strategies for the MAGGI brand worldwide. You will create creative frameworks and activation guidelines that drive brand building and consumer engagement, with a strong focus on digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to meet global brand targets.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive communication plans and activation guidelines.
- Ensure alignment with Brand Fundamentals to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Deliver high‑quality creative work that follows Nestlé’s communication principles.
- Champion a digital‑first mindset and integrate AI tools into workflows for personalization and performance.
- Support the development of strong, consumer‑centric brand fundamentals.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external communication agencies and partners.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in consumer marketing and communication within Nestlé or a comparable FMCG/CPG environment.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, cross‑functional teams at a global scale.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and integrated communications across all channels.
- Strong grasp of the evolving digital landscape, including social media and content platforms.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial leader comfortable with experimentation, especially in digital/AI.
- Fluent in English.
