Global Demand Planner

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑ and team‑oriented Global Demand Planner for our Plasma Control Technologies division in Flamatt. You will support the worldwide S&OP process, align demand with supply, and help drive accurate forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate cross‑functional inputs for the global S&OP process, prepare meetings and follow up on actions.
• Develop consensus forecasts, identify gaps and risks, and support mitigation scenarios.
• Coordinate demand planning for product transfers, ramp‑ups, ramp‑downs, phase‑ins and phase‑outs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and supply‑chain KPIs, drive corrective actions and digitalisation of planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, Production Planning or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to validate large data sets and translate KPIs into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities; fluent English, German or other languages a plus.
• Hands‑on, accountable approach with ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
