Global HR Coordinator

About the role

The Global HR Coordinator will support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development initiatives across the organization. Working closely with the Head of Culture & Leadership Development and the L&D Manager, you will ensure programs are executed on time, on budget, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate L&D programs, leadership initiatives and talent development projects, adapting content for LMS platforms.
• Prepare participant kits, program guides, facilitation materials and post‑program resources.
• Organise global training events, handling logistics, invitations and follow‑up.
• Design communication assets such as email templates, one‑pagers and program announcements.
• Maintain a library of reusable templates, process guides and program toolkits.
• Provide first‑level user support for SuccessFactors, CrossKnowledge and Team Tailor, including access management and troubleshooting.
• Collect, consolidate and report KPI data for learning programs and track budgetary commitments.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, liaise with Finance and prepare monthly budget summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR assistant, HRBP, L&D or communications role.
• Previous exposure to learning and development programmes and project coordination.
