Global Manager, Category Management

About the role

AB InBev’s Growth Group is seeking an experienced Category Management professional to lead global initiatives across key markets and customers. Based in the global headquarters in Brazil, you will work closely with teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, translating strategy into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of global category management initiatives across key markets and customers.
• Partner with market teams to translate global priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate the strategy and deployment of category management tools, frameworks, and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Key Account teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Key Account Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results through influence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
