Global Marketing Manager - Gravel

About the role

Scott Sports is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead the growth of its gravel bike category worldwide. You will shape the brand’s storytelling, launch new products, and coordinate with athletes, ambassadors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for gravel bikes across all regions.
• Create compelling storytelling campaigns and manage content for product releases, print, web, and social channels.
• Activate and support the Gravel athletes and ambassador program.
• Lead campaign planning, brief creative agencies, and collaborate with Digital Marketing and Sales teams.
• Oversee web launches, maintain product information on the website, and ensure accurate specifications.
• Produce marketing and product copy for B2C, B2B, and media newsletters.
• Support retail marketing initiatives and represent the bike division at dealer events, internal meetings, and product launches.
• Coordinate graphic requests, online news creation, and provide support to distributors, teams, and athletes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the outdoor or bike industry.
• Strong network within the bike/outdoor sector and experience working with creative agencies, photographers, and filmmakers.
• Passion for gravel biking and fluency in business English; German or French is a plus.
